We maintain supply stability by working with a network of more than 10 trusted charcoal manufacturers across Indonesia. This diversified sourcing approach helps reduce the risk of supply shortages and allows us to maintain continuity even if one production facility experiences capacity constraints or operational issues.

Although we collaborate with more than 10 production partners, each supplier must follow agreed quality specifications and pass our evaluation process before being included in our supply network.

The coconut charcoal we supply is produced from coconut shell waste, a by-product of the coconut industry that would otherwise have limited economic value. By converting this biomass into charcoal briquettes, the material is reused in a productive and commercially valuable way.
